ORDER AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
All Ordering is 100% secure, using the latest Security Technology you can rest assured
that your Personal Data is safe.
In most cases Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt.
Note: In certain situations (since our products are made by hand)
there may be delays of up to 30 days (14 days, typical) to ship. In these
cases your credit Card will not be charged until we ship the
merchandise.
At the Present Time Our Standard Method of Shipping is FedEx
Ground. Please see the Shipping Method Selection on the the Shopping Cart Page for our
Current Rates.
Note: We are actively working to reduce the cost of shipping and pass the savings on to
you.
Refund Policy
Retail: Products may be returned for refund or exchange if returned within 30 days of
purchase (assuming that they are in re-sellable condition).
Wholesale: As large custom orders are
produced upon request. Money given as a deposit is sent to the Artisans in order
for them to begin it's production. As such, deposits given for wholesale
orders are not refundable.
Replacement Policy for Wholesale Orders
Damaged in Shipment While we make every effort to ensure the safe
arrival of the merchandise that we ship to you, some breakage may occur.
We will not be responsible for minor breakage (typically < 1%) that occurs after
the merchandise has been shipped. In the event that there is excessive (>
10%) breakage caused by us or our agents, we will replace the excess
breakage with new merchandise to be included in your next order.
Missing in Shipment Similarly we strive to ensure
the accuracy of your order. In the event that items fail to ship, we will
make up the deficit on your next order.
Notes 1. Due to the nature of our
business, it is our policy to replace merchandise with merchandise and not to
refund with money.
